Small differences may occur due to:

  • Print placement
  • Fabric color variations
  • Product size and garment shape
  • Print production methods

These small differences are not considered product faults.

Made-to-Order Products

Most OddClo products are made to order. This means your item is printed after your order is placed. Made-to-order production helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a wider range of designs.

As items are made specifically for each customer, returns and exchanges may be limited. Please check product details, color options and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not always mean the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

  • Payment cannot be processed
  • Product information or pricing contains an error
  • The item becomes unavailable
  • Fraud or misuse is suspected
  • Shipping information is incomplete or incorrect

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Changes and Cancellations

As products are made to order, we may only be able to change or cancel your order within a short time after purchase. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel, edit or change the order.

Payment

Shipping

Shipping times include both production time and delivery time. As products are made to order, each item may require production before it is shipped. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by production delays, carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, holidays or incorrect shipping details.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned, delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to provide a free replacement or refund.

Returns and Refunds

As our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selected
  • Wrong colour selected
  • Ordering the incorrect product
  • Minor colour differences between mock-up and final product

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A photo of the packaging, if relevant

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, product images, text, branding, logos and graphics, belongs to OddClo or its content providers and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without permission.

Customer Reviews and Photos

If you submit a review, image, comment or feedback, you allow OddClo to use that content for website, marketing and promotional purposes, unless you ask us not to.
